Everyone enjoys eating sushi, especially California Rolls, but not everyone knows how to make them. In this small group workshop (maximum 3 participants per class), instructor Sue Newman will demonstrate how to make a California roll with provided ingredients***, and then you will make 6-8 of your own rolls to take home.
(Bring an empty container to transport your rolls home. )
*** Sushi roll will be made with the following ingredients, but you can omit to taste if desired: sushi rice, cooking sherry, sugar, salt, oil, egg, mayonnaise, wasabi paste, cucumber, avocado, red pepper, carrot and smoked salmon.
