Men’s Breakfast: next Sat April 19
“When you wake up in the morning, Pooh,” said Piglet at last, “what's the first that you say to yourself?”
“What's for breakfast?” said Pooh. “What do you say, Piglet?”
“I say, I wonder what's going to happen today that is exciting?” said Piglet.
Pooh nodded thoughtfully: “It's the same thing,” he said.
So on Saturday, April 19 at 9 am in the Comox United Church hall, we will be sharing coffee and a continental breakfast for the amazing price of $10!!! There will be opportunity for conversation...perhaps with someone that you don't know very well but who you would like to know better.... All for the price of $10 !!! Perhaps it's time for us to reflect on how we might have breakfast with one another.... Speakers? … Films?.... Exploring a theme with some assistance from a facilitator? .. Doing some Improv together? ...Playing cribbage?
I hope to see you at 9 am on Saturday, April 19 in the church hall… If you plan to come, please let me know by Wednesday, April 16.... Please bring your ideas!
