1.Which of these problems describes your experience: couldn’t hear much of the broadcast? sound coming and going? sound disappearing for blocks of time? volume up and down? couldn’t hear when speakers were in specific places? ie: pulpit, centre stage, choir, etc?
2. Are you watching live at the time of the service or later, on the recording?
3. What device are you using: Laptop? Desktop? IPad? Phone? TV?
4. What internet service are you using: in-home Shaw? In-home Telus? Over-the-air cell or iPad? Streaming to TV from another device and if so, which one?
5. Where are you watching: At home? Elsewhere online? At home in an area away from your router?
6. Do you have problems with other programming on your device?
