Gloria Herauf

We are very fortunate to have Gloria providing musical accompaniment for our worship services and our choir. A well known figure in the Comox Valley, Gloria also produces and directs the annual "Have a Heart" show which is performed at Comox United Church each spring.

  In her former life of teaching and coordinating classroom music, Gloria also conducted workshops for teachers, directed countless children's musicals & performing groups, as well as recording and producing CDs for classroom teachers. Some of the awards Gloria has received throughout her career include the Governor General's Canada 125 Medal; the Prime Minister's Award for Teaching Excellence; and the Saskatchewan Music Educators Association Honorary Life Membership Award.
